All refund requests must be made in writing and will be processed according to the following schedule:
Until March 15 | 100% refund*
March 16 – April 1 | 75% refund*
April 2 – April 15 | 50% refund*
April 16 – April 25 | 25% refund
After April 25 | No refunds will be given — NO EXCEPTIONS
*Please note: Processing fees may apply to refunded transactions.
Substitutions are permitted. If you are unable to attend, you may send a colleague in your place. Please notify the organizers in advance with the name and contact information of the substitute attendee.
